About Abby

How Did You Get Into Health and Wellness: Abby’s path into health and wellness grew from a lifelong curiosity about how the mind and body work together to shape overall well-being. This passion for understanding and integrating the two was paired with her love of movement and exploration of new ways to optimize health. Over time, her personal commitment to growth and self-discovery inspired her to pursue psychotherapy as a natural extension of her purpose: supporting others in creating balance, resilience, and greater connection in their own lives. What Does Wellness Mean to Abby: Wellness to Abby is a sense of connection and balance, both within oneself and in relationship to the world around us. It is not about reaching perfection, but about cultivating awareness, honoring your needs, and finding harmony in the ongoing process of living. Wellness means embracing the full spectrum of experience while holding compassion for yourself along the way. What to Expect in a Session: In sessions with Abby, clients can expect a safe, confidential, and supportive space to explore areas where they may feel stuck, uncertain, or ready for growth. Therapy with Abby is not about needing to have one specific issue to resolve—it is a collaborative process that empowers clients to move at their own pace, with professional guidance and care. She works to help clients discover new perspectives, deepen self-awareness, and connect with their own innate capacity for healing and transformation. Modalities and Approach: Grounded in the foundations of psychodynamic psychotherapy, and somatic therapy, I work in a client-centered, relational and trauma-informed frame. Together we build a safe container to explore the connection between the body, mind and external environment.
