“Woke up and couldn't lift my shoulder because I am 7 months pregnant and am constantly sleeping on my side. I called for an oesteo appointment on May 28th (Friday) and asked for the earliest availability. Receptionist tells me Monday - Fine, I understand it's a last minute request and I'll bare the pain for a few more days. Go in on Monday, not only does she make a few customers wait for 10 minutes because she is in the back, but then tells me that my appointment is not today but on June 21st - which is in 4 weeks time. How is this the next available appointment? + they don't take credit and are overpriced. BYE BYE Vitality. See you never.”
