I am a breathwork facilitator with a deep passion for human connection, nervous system
health, and somatic integration. My work is grounded in the understanding that true healing
happens through the body, not just the mind.
I integrate my training in breathwork, doula studies, Thai massage therapy, and my
credentials as a Naturopathic Practitioner (N.D.) to support the body as an intelligent system
capable of regulation, release, and repair. This multidisciplinary foundation allows me to work
with individuals through a holistic, nervous-system-informed lens that honors both
physiological and emotional processes.
Through breathwork, I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, restoring a felt sense
of safety and nervous system regulation, and integrating stress patterns held in the soma. My
intention is to empower individuals to carry these tools into everyday life and feel confident in
their own inner capacity for balance, resilience, and self-regulation.
My approach is both intuitive and grounded, blending an understanding of physiology, somatic
bodywork principles, and perinatal-informed care with deep respect for each person’s lived
experience. I am especially drawn to supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed,
disconnected from their bodies, or navigating periods of transition, stress, or recovery.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to help people feel safe, grounded, and at home
within themselves.
