I’ve had massage therapy treatments at high-end spas and clinics in places like Mexico, Hawaii, and throughout Ottawa, and I can honestly say that Dennis provided the best massage therapy experience I have ever had. From the moment the appointment started, his assessment was incredibly thorough and professional. He took the time to really listen, explain what he was noticing, and help me understand how my body was compensating and holding tension. The level of knowledge, care, and attention he provided was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The treatment itself was exceptional. Dennis used techniques and approaches I had never experienced in previous massage therapy sessions, and the difference I felt afterward was remarkable. I came in dealing with significant pain and strain from caregiving and constant lifting, and I left feeling noticeably better both physically and mentally. What truly stood out was how informative and compassionate he was throughout the entire appointment. He never rushed anything, answered questions thoroughly, and made me feel genuinely cared for as a client. I was so impressed that I booked another appointment immediately for next week. I cannot recommend Dennis highly enough. If you are looking for an RMT who is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and truly exceptional at what he does, book with Dennis. Absolutely outstanding experience.

I’ve never had a bad experience at the massage and treatment clinic, I’ve see many RMTs and recently started to see Sierra, she’s absolutely amazing. Very talented, and creates the most relaxing atmosphere I’ve ever experienced! Can’t recommend her enough

On Friday, March 13, 2026, I had a massage appointment at the Massage and Treatment Clinic in Orleans, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist told me I had not filled out the intake form. I apologized because I believed I had completed it. When I went into the treatment room, the massage therapist, Jasmine, immediately pulled up the form on her tablet, scrolled through it with her finger, and said “here it is” in a condescending tone. I explained that I was only repeating what the receptionist had told me, but from that point on the interaction felt uncomfortable and it seemed like she was annoyed. The massage itself was also questionable. The treatment room was very small, and on two occasions she had to pick up the chair she was using and move it directly over my head to the other side of the table. It felt awkward and honestly unsafe, as I could easily imagine someone dropping the chair on a client. At another point she turned on the overhead light during the massage. When I asked why, she said she wanted to check if it was dim enough. That response was surprising and made the situation feel even more unprofessional. I came into the appointment with a good attitude and was open to trying this clinic once, even though I already have a regular massage therapist elsewhere. Unfortunately, the overall experience was uncomfortable and poorly handled. To top it off she ended the massage five minutes early. I get insurance is covering it but damn what about my back pain?? lol I rarely leave reviews, but the fact that I felt the need to write one should say something about the experience

What an amazing first experience! From the lovely lady at the front desk to the RMT ~ Ian listened to the problem and went above and beyond to help. I felt he really cared for his clients. Highly recommend!

Very poor service, rude people with no professionalism. Not recommended at all. There is a guy receptionist who you should avoid, impolite! Amanda, To clarify: I did initially post my review before the massage due to the check-in experience — being misidentified, redirected to a chiropractor, asked to pay immediately while the receptionist was on multiple calls, and told no one would be present afterward. However, I chose to proceed with the treatment. My concerns also include the treatment itself: frequent hallway noise, the lamp incident, the ceiling light directly in my face, and the lack of communication to ensure the treatment aligned with my expectations as a patient. I did not use the word you attributed to me. If you are claiming the call was recorded, I would expect proof of that statement. My review reflects the full experience — not an expectation of a spa environment, but basic professionalism and patient care.

Started seeing Sierra after I moved back to Orleans and she is amazing! She puts me to sleep every time and the entire team is always so friendly as well. I love coming here!

I tried both the RMT and the chiropractor, and they were amazing. Dr. Randi Joy was very informative—she explained all the issues clearly and performed adjustments on my back, and it feels great now. I’ll definitely be using the other services as well.

Today my wife and I went to an osteopath/chiropractor dr.Randi Joy, who was recommended to us in Orleans. I have the most negative emotions after this visit. This was the most useless $135 I could have possibly spent. When we arrived, she spent the first 20 minutes pretending to be busy: writing something, looking at papers, nodding, asking questions, doing some tests. After half an hour she finally said: lie down. Then she started doing checks and “examinations” that had nothing to do with what I actually needed. My main problem was with my neck, back, and arm, but instead she was checking leg mobility and doing completely irrelevant things. I didn’t come for this. I needed a concrete action — to adjust, to help, to get a result. Instead, an hour of my time was wasted. No proper massage, no adjustment. At the end I directly said: I didn’t come for this, I need you to do what I came here for. But instead of saying: “I understand, let’s do it,” I only heard phrases like: “I understand you’re disappointed, you won’t come back.” Of course I won’t come back. What makes it even worse is that I paid out of my own pocket. If insurance covered it, maybe it wouldn’t feel so frustrating. But when you pay with your own money, you expect results here and now, not empty promises to “create a plan for the future.” I don’t need a plan — I needed help. Instead of help I felt deceived. They took the money, wasted my time, and gave zero results. This place creates the appearance of work but provides no real benefit. I left feeling like I was simply scammed. Horrible experience, I do not recommend it to anyone.

The Best! Everyone here is very aware that your treatment is important to you, from the front desk to your masseuse. Monthly appointments are 'de rigeur' keeping you fit...I swear by them! Alicia is so professional and knowledgeable, ask her anything!!!
