About Sonia
Sonia is a graduate of the National Academy of Osteopathy (Toronto), class of 2017. Before her journey into osteopathy, she studied medical electrophysiology at Collège Ahuntsic. She launched her career as a solo practitioner in a multidisciplinary clinic in downtown Montreal, where she began building her reputation for compassionate and attentive care. With a strong interest in the link between neurological health and manual therapy, Sonia focused her final research on the relationship between epilepsy and osteopathy—drawing from both her academic background and hands-on training. Her philosophy is simple: take the time to truly understand each client’s unique needs in a calm, supportive atmosphere. She believes empathy and precision are key to building trust and delivering meaningful results. Osteopathy is using manual therapy techniques such as cranial sacral, visceral therapy, pelvic floor work, breathwork, myofascial techniques to improve mobility function and reduce pain effectively. Outside the clinic, Sonia stays active through tennis, cycling, and badminton and spending time with her loved ones.
