Tiina is an incredible massage therapist, she is knowledgeable and professional. I left feeling so much better and can't recommend her enough. The front desk team, especially Hannah, is amazing. Hannah is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It's clear that she genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for every client. If you're looking for a place with exceptional care and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend!

I have never accessed service at this clinic before however it should say a lot that I went out of my way to ensure that everyone knows how wonderful this person is. Tabitha Dovell use to be a youth worker at my high school, and at the time I was having a very hard time in my life, which affected my ability to function at school. I was then introduced to Tabitha who became a rock that I would lean against in those trying times. She listened attentively and made me feel very comfortable to disclose what I was going through without judgment or preconceived notions (She was better than the guidance counsellors) . And if you read her bio, her approach is strength based and I 1000% agree. Although my life felt out of my control, Tabitha reassured me that the stirring wheel was at my finger tips and that I am stronger then what I may think. She believed in me at 16, when I thought I had failed in life (I am currently a health care worker so I am doing not so bad :) ). Although it has been 6 years since I have had Tabitha's help and since I have seen her. Her belief in me still rings through out all these years. That is how amazing she is. And if you are seeing this Tabitha, you are always in my prayers <3

I began attending the chronic pain and chronic illness group. The facilitators are Kendra and Michael. As a newcomer to the group, I was unfamiliar with the format and the casual popcorn style of the meeting that gave extroverts the edge. The size of the group is also very large. Upwards of 35. They have zoom rooms, but choose not to break up into rooms. Essentially the group not the facilitators run the group. There was a survey after my first meeting. I thought would be anonymous, apparently not. As they got back to me personally on most of my points. To be fair they did address some of my issues. I have been in and been helped by peer support groups for many years. Aware of hand raise on zoom. These things are routinely disregarded and disrespected. My voice is not heard. I ended up feeling unsafe and triggered. When I brought this up, I was told, they hoped I would become comfortable with the existing style. My thoughts and feelings went unheeded. In the other groups I attend, volunteers are well trained, we adhere to a comfort agreement. There is order and fairness, and support for challenges faced. Being told to suck it up and get used to the way things are, didn't help. If you go to this group and are discouraged, keep trying, look for other groups. Don't give up. There is help out there.
