A special thank you to Rashi Sharma, my physiotherapist, who has been treating me following my injuries. Rashi is highly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She takes the time to understand my concerns and provides personalized treatment plans that have greatly helped my recovery. Her dedication to delivering the best possible care and treatment is truly appreciated. I would also like to recognize the outstanding reception team, Sukhman and Himaniya. They consistently provide exceptional customer service and maintain excellent communication when booking and managing appointments. They have always been very accommodating with my requests for preferred appointment times and go out of their way to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. “I’ve been here a few times now for some issues with my neck/back and ears and everyone is super pleasant. The staff I have met have all been kind and knowledgeable. I noticed an immediate improvement in my neck pain and will continue to support the team here!”

“I chose this clinic because of all the great reviews, and I’m really glad I did. Hopefully sharing my experience helps someone else decide too. My husband was dealing with sharp hip pain, and when he brought it up to our doctor, it was brushed off as “just aging” (he’s in his early 40s), with no real guidance or help. I did some research myself and came across this clinic, and we booked him in with Sandeep Kaur. After just one visit, the difference was huge. The sharp pain is gone. He’ll occasionally have some mild discomfort, but it’s completely manageable now. After seeing how much it helped him, I decided to book with her as well for my chronic headaches/migraines and neck/shoulder pain. I’ve had several appointments, and it’s genuinely improved my quality of life and how I manage my pain. I’m so grateful. She’s not only very professional but also kind and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference. The front desk staff and owner are also always kind and professional. “Ive been going to Stonegate Physiotherapy to help me recover from a knee replacement and it's been fantastic. My physio Sandeep has been absolutely outstanding: from day one she has been incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. In addition, her reassurance and patience has gone a long way to help in the healing process. The staff are very welcoming and friendly as soon as you step in the door. I'm a Senior with no benefits so was very grateful that they give me a discount as well - no other place in Airdrie offered this. “Amazing service. Felt really comfortable sharing with everyone. They got me the appropriate documents for my MVA. Really On top of making sure I’m getting the treatment I need. Been going over a month now and it’s helped me a lot! Great beside manner and Rashi is one of the best Physiotherapists I have ever had! Kaly Lugo is absolutely amazing with massage. The entire time it felt like a true experience. I would dare say best massage of my life. Great pressure, but she does so much to really work your muscles without deep tissue.
