Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our Therapists time. We hold the scheduled time for you and are not able to see anyone else during this time and not able to fill the time slot with such short notice.

“I’ve been coming to this mommy spa since I was pregnant with my first child. I also did my postpartum treatments here, and now I’m back for prenatal massages during my second pregnancy. The place is always clean, and the therapists are knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. They also offer direct insurance billing, which makes the process so convenient. I highly recommend booking your appointments well in advance because they get busy quickly—and for good reason!”

“I first came to mommy spa for a prenatal massage with Harpreet and I haven’t stopped coming since even though it’s been one full year post partum. I’m still seeing Harpreet almost monthly because she is the best RMT I’ve ever had! She is very knowledgeable and has excellent techniques. Everytime I visit her, my body is more relaxed and she helps with any muscle tensions from holding a toddler. I highly recommend Harpreet as an RMT.”

“From the moment you walk in, the smells and sounds are just zen. Got the head massage and regular body massage. The price point is a tad higher than other RMT places but it’s a nice treat for moms, any at point during pregnancy or even years post partum. Just feels like this place gets moms. The reception and booking are also very friendly and accommodating.”

“Had my second ever RMT massage at mommy spa last week. The first one was back in the winter while I was still pregnant with Harpreet. I really enjoyed that massage in preparation for my upcoming labour! Last week’s massage was a much needed postpartum massage. Adriana did a wonderful job and was so knowledgeable with all of my pain points. She even explained small exercises I could do at home for relief. Will absolutely be back soon! The location is relaxing, clean and welcoming.”
