About Adriana

Adriana is a Registered Massage Therapist and also currently a 5th year Osteopathy student. She has dedicated the last 10 years to educating and supporting others in movement and exercise. Adriana holds an Honours degree from Brock University in Kinesiology, and several complementary certificates, including being recognized as an Exercise Physiologist / High Performance Specialist through CSEP (Canadian Society of Exercise Science), and Level 3 National coach with the NCCP (National Coaching Association of Canada). Upon completion of her graduate studies in Exercise Science, Adriana was recruited by both the Ministry of Corrections and Niagara College where she worked leading healthy living lectures and ran occupational testing. Adriana then accepted an overseas sports contract to support a charity that devoted its resources to youth development in relation to physical literacy and the fundamental principles of Gymnastics training in the early years of development. Adriana has a passion for sport development and is committed to improving the quality of life in others and continues to educate and work with healthy and unhealthy populations to optimize their everyday lifestyles through active living and manual therapy.
