She always knows exactly where my pain is and isn't afraid to work those problem areas the way they need to be worked. Every treatment is tailored to what my body needs, and I love that she uses a variety of techniques instead of the same routine every time. “I had the most amazing prenatal massage with Tracy and cannot recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable, safe, and cared for. She is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive, especially when it comes to pregnancy-related tension and discomfort. During my session, Tracy offered cupping therapy — something I had never tried before — and she explained everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease. The cupping was surprisingly gentle and so effective. I felt a huge release of tension, improved circulation, and overall relief that I honestly hadn’t felt in a long time. The difference afterward was noticeable both physically and mentally. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and genuinely better in my body. Tracy truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and you can tell she is passionate about what she does.
