We are delighted to see you here - taking a courageous step towards your personal growth and inner healing! We offer individual psychotherapy services to those ages 14 and up, and offer couples psychotherapy treatment. We work with a variety of presenting concerns including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts and issues, non-monogamous relationships, infidelity, gender identity and sexual identity issues, addiction, body image concerns, disordered eating, neurodivergence, grief, trauma, and more.
