About Sybil
Accepting New Clients - In-person and Virtual
-- Navigating a life that doesn’t feel like yours anymore can be a scary, stressful, and lonely experience – but I am here to help you through it. As your therapist, I am committed to exploring beyond the surface to help you safely rediscover and grow from the wounds of your past. I strive to foster an environment where you feel heard, seen, and genuinely recognized for the intersecting strengths, values, and identities that you hold as a human being. Together, we will create an open and honest space where you can feel safe, in control, and learn to accept your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who struggle with concerns related to lived experiences of depression, anxiety, complex trauma, neurodivergence, grief, identity loss, and relational issues. My client-centered and integrative approach to therapy is founded on trauma-informed practices that empower clients to collaboratively engage in their journeys toward transformative growth. I draw from a variety of clinical modalities best suited to my clients’ needs, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative-based approaches, and the Gottman method to create a conversational and tailored experience for the clients I serve.
I believe that you are capable of living the bright, healthy, and meaningful life that you deserve. Life is like a sandbox - we can build what we want! So, let’s work together to reclaim the values that’ll help you flourish into the person that you were always meant to be. I look forward to meeting you soon!
