“Dr. Foot is the most caring and gentle chiropractor I've ever seen...and I've seen many! She truly cares about her patients, she loves her craft, and she is so knowledgeable. I always looked forward to every visit and always left Dr. Foot's clinic feeling relaxed and pain free. Dr. Foot was incredible while helping me throughout my pregnancy, her soothing touch and versatile knowledge of different techniques is so rare to find. “I am very excited that Footsteps Chiropractic now offers Laser Therapy treatment. I was experiencing pain and decreased mobility in my neck and with just one laser treatment, I felt less tension in my neck along with pain relief. Treatments are very comfortable and satisfying as the laser is warm on the skin, creating a soothing effect. Immediately after treatment, I had an increased range of motion and less pain. “Dr Nina is hands down the best chiropractor I have ever had. She has made such a difference in my life, she is very intuitive and with her knowledge of 'Active Release Therapy' she can address muscle tightness as well.She will suggest things to do at home to help. My rotator cuff shoulder injury took awhile to heal, she suggested 'Cold Laser Therapy', after two treatments my shoulder began to rapidly improve. She is always on time, takes time to listen and is always positive and smiling.”

“I found that Nina was like a massage therapist, physiotherapist, and chiropractor rolled into one. When I visited her she managed to deal with my headache and send me off feeling much better with a good grasp on what to do for myself in terms of exercises.
