Dr. Nina Foot was introduced to chiropractic the day she was born, when she received her first chiropractic adjustment from her father. In later years, she spent summers passionately observing her father at work. After she finished her B.Sc at McGill University, she moved to Portland, OR to attend the University of Western States, where she completed her chiropractic degree, with Summa Cum Laude honours. She currently enjoys working with patients of all ages and designs individualized treatment plans to meet the goals of her patients. She utilizes ART ® (Active Release Technique), adjustments and low force techniques to get you feeling better and combines exercise prescription and postural/ergonomic advice to keep you feeling great. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Foot enjoys hiking, camping and snowboarding.

“Dr. Foot is the most caring and gentle chiropractor I've ever seen...and I've seen many! She truly cares about her patients, she loves her craft, and she is so knowledgeable. I always looked forward to every visit and always left Dr. Foot's clinic feeling relaxed and pain free. Dr. Foot was incredible while helping me throughout my pregnancy, her soothing touch and versatile knowledge of different techniques is so rare to find. Unfortunately I'm moving now and have to look for a new Chiropractor, I doubt I will ever find someone as amazing as Dr. Foot.”Read moreShow less

“Although somewhat skeptical about laser treatments, keeping an open mind has always served me well. I felt pain relief after a couple of laser treatments and the relief continues to this day. I haven't been able to respond that I feel good for a few years and now I look forward to mornings. Combining Dr Nina's treatments with her advice have rejuvenated me.”Read moreShow less

“I have seen many chiropractors over the past 15 years and Nina is by far the best. She really takes the time to make sure all of your muscles are properly released before adjusting. You can tell she genuinely cares about your health and well-being. Thank you Nina!”Read moreShow less

“I found that Nina was like a massage therapist, physiotherapist, and chiropractor rolled into one. When I visited her she managed to deal with my headache and send me off feeling much better with a good grasp on what to do for myself in terms of exercises. She was always gentle, courteous, and obviously knows her stuff. She always gave me hope for recovery from pain and muscle tension. I had not known that chiropractors were so diverse in the type of treatments they offer. Now I choose to continue to see her even though there are other practitioners closer to my home.”Read moreShow less

“I'm an RMT and believe me -- Nina is an awesome chiropractor! Her warm and welcoming style makes adjustments come easily. She's great at explaining what she's doing to put her patients at ease. And she's got strong hands if you need some ART!”
