Welcome to the Ethos Psychotherapy and Assessment Centre Booking Portal! 🤝Who Are We & What We Offer: We provide holistic, culturally competent therapy and psychoeducational assessments for children, teens, and adults. Our goal is to help you uncover your strengths, build emotional resilience, and regain a sense of control in your life. Our team works collaboratively with you to support you and/or your child to navigate anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, stress, burnout, emotional regulation, relationship issues, and life transitions — helping you feel like yourself again and allowing you and them to thrive at home, work, and in school. Sometimes, emotional and behavioural challenges stem from an unidentified neurodiversity. That’s why we offer psychoeducational assessments for children, teens, and adults — to help identify ADHD, learning disabilities (like dyslexia), autism, or giftedness. These assessments lead to clear, personalized recommendations that support success at school, work, and in everyday life. 🧠Psychoeducational Assessments: To learn more or book an assessment, please contact our administrative team by phone, email, or complete the online form on our website. ✨Getting Started with Psychotherapy: New Psychotherapy Clients: Book a free 15-minute video consultation to discuss you or your child/teen’s needs & find the right therapist for you. Returning Clients: Book directly with your therapist through our online portal. 📝Things to Know Before Your Session Please note our 48-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
