“I came to see Erik, the physiotherapist, after experiencing pain in my legs and glutes. From the very first few sessions, he was able to relieve my pain and provide me with effective exercises that I can easily do every day. Thanks to his treatment and guidance, my legs have become significantly stronger, and I haven't experienced that pain in quite some time, especially considering I'm on my feet all day at work. “Highly reccomend Erik!!! I walked into the clinic with a cane due to a continous muscle spasms. I was suffering for 3 weeks, multiple doctor and a hospital visit later I came to see Erik. My first session with him helped me immensly and I walked out without the use of a cane. “I had such a great experience with the osteopath Maria-Laura! I came in barely able to lift my arm over my head and after one session, I had full range of motion. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. What I really appreciated was how she took the time at the end of the session to explain the anatomy behind my issue, helping me understand why I was having these problems in the first place. “I've been seeing Maria-Laura (Osteopath) at Body in Tune in Bradford for approximately 6 weeks now for issues with neuropathy and tight/strained shoulders and lower back. I am finding relief from an issue that has been with me for quite some time, as well as tips on at home methods that I can use to help the situation. I particularly appreciate the compassion that Maria-Laura has shown me. She takes the time to listen, ask questions, and then, following treatment, gives a detailed explanation on what she has found/worked on using a great programme that actually gives me a visual explanation (as well as her verbal) to better understand what is going on. The front desk staff are welcoming, and great at accommodating scheduling.
