Alana Dolmer is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2008. She has been practicing for over 10+ years and has a strong understanding for the physical fitness and rehabilitation of the human body. She travelled the world and went to Thailand to learn Thai Yoga Massage to continue education. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sport, Prenatal and Infant massage that help sooth muscles, relieve tension and decrease stress. She also has experience in treating musculo-skeletal, rotator cuff injuries, sprains/strains, headaches, sports injuries, and stress related conditions. She truly believes in the benefits of massage therapy for not only treating specific injuries but also for the ability to prevent injuries when treated on a regular basis.
