“After 3 years of shoulder pain, Betty saved me from my agony after 3 sessions. I wish I hadn't suffered for 3 years, and I've never considered acupuncture as a treatment. “This clinic has become our family’s go-to place whenever we’re not feeling well. The facility is always clean and welcoming, and every RMT and acupuncturist we’ve seen has been very skilled. They also use a variety of tools during treatment, which makes each session more effective. We always see Kim, and she is truly an outstanding therapist! She is professional, attentive, and caring. Also, the receptionist is kind and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. The location is convenient, and parking is easy with spots available both in front and underground. “I have always had a deep-seated fear of acupuncture. Even though my brother experienced a miraculous recovery from potential paralysis thanks to this treatment, the thought of having needles inserted all over my body was daunting. The mere idea that a slight movement could lead to significant pain was terrifying. While I don’t mind needles for blood draws, the thought of being immobilized by a stranger with needles is unsettling. However, when my frozen shoulder and other ailments worsened, I decided to confront my fears. I dedicated time to researching acupuncturists throughout British Columbia, willing to travel an hour if it meant finding the right one. That’s when I found Betty, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Betty is truly exceptional. She embodies professionalism, diligence, and a keen awareness of her patients' needs. I appreciate her respect for my boundaries, especially since I’m comfortable with heat therapy but hesitant about cupping and electrical treatments. “I have been meaning to leave dr. Betty since we first met a few months ago. I started seeing her because of an ICBC claim and will definitely come back in the future.
