A credit card is required to book appointments online. This is due to a significant increase in the number of people not showing up for their appointment or cancelling moments before, which directly affects the income of our highly experienced and caring RMTs. The card will only be charged if our cancellation policy is not followed. You are welcome to cancel by replying to your reminder email within the 12 hour cancellation period. Text message replies are not monitored, so please call 613-830-1380 instead.

We have a zero tolerance No Show policy in the months of November & December.

Barrhaven and Lindenlea do not have elevators, so are not fully accessible

“No washroom, old building with dirty carpet on floor. Massage was poor with uncontrolled pressure only and shaking , waving body. Masseuse Kendra was obviously sick. Why not informing her clients that the appointment could be moved to later date instead of working with symptoms of cold/flu? Transmitting illness should not be a scope of the business frame. Disappointed.”

“1 / 5 Stars > Very disappointed with my experience here with Kendra. She was visibly sick and sniffling throughout the entire session, yet wore no face mask to protect her client—and I ended up sick a few days later. She also failed to properly regulate her pressure during the treatment. Working on clients while actively symptomatic without basic safety precautions is completely unacceptable.”

“I’ve been a loyal customer for two years, but their service has completely degraded. If Google allowed zero stars, that’s what I’d give. They cancelled my appointment (that’s fine) but made zero effort to accommodate me, leaving it entirely on me to find a new date and my preferred which is three months away. The Bank Street location is the absolute worst. I will never visit again and highly recommend avoiding them.”

“Charged me a late fee without even telling me. Apparently it's upto the "discretion" of the massage therapist. I just wanted to reschedule because of a car accident which is reasonable. The lady rescheduled me without telling me that I would be charged a fee. I could've just ubered to the apt if I was going to be charged $70. Now I have back pain from an accident and I've been waiting for this apt for 2 months and a charge. Do not support this business. The receptionist was not understanding at all and was rude. Any decent person would be understanding of the circumstances.”

“Terrible communication. I mistakenly booked the location in Orléans thinking it was Sandy hill. Once I got to Sandy Hill and realized I booked wrong, I tried calling Align. No one picks up. I wanted to ask if I could still go and do half an hour instead of the an hour or reschedule. Afterwards I was charged 140+ without any call or them trying to reach me. I’ve called Align more than 3 times trying to get ahold of the Orleans front desk and they would not reach back out to me. This is terrible communication and I would not recommend.”
