À propos de Adrienne
Adrienne graduated from Trios College with honours and became an RMT in 2024. From a young age, Adrienne has had a passion for wellness and holistic modalities of healing. They’ve found that becoming a massage therapist has been a great way to embody these values and they really enjoy helping to provide a sense of wellbeing to others.
Adrienne values creating a calm, warm space for their clients and keeping an open dialogue in order to address individual needs and provide the most effective treatment possible. Some of the techniques they use in their practice are myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and deep tissue massage.
Outside of work, they enjoy spending time outdoors, cycling, doing photography, writing, traveling, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
