“Been to Adam twice and it was great, however the last two times I’ve booked and even referred someone. He’s cancelled for being under the weather 2 hours prior. I understand things happen but if you expect your clients to provide 24 hours notice. Please keep that expectation for yourself. People take time out to make their appointments and this lack of reliability. That too hours prior… months apart - is totally UNACCEPTABLE. If you’re cancelling with a short notice just how clients get charged, we should either get a credit to use toward for an absolute disregard of our time. “Booked an appointment for 2:30pm today. Come in for my appointment, only to be told that it was cancelled. Zero notice give to me, though it's completely expected the customer gives every kind of possible notice 24hrs in advance if WE have to cancel. All I'm told is "Wish I had better news" at the counter. Zero effort shown to try and book me in for another time. Unfortunate this had to be my only experience with this facility.”Read moreShow less

“My experience with Kirsten White for Massage therapy was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and performed the techniques in detail. Kirsten relieved my pain from stiffness in my muscles and bones. I would recommend her service for the best massage therapy. “One of your massage therapists, herniated two discs in my neck. After leaving his table, I had to go straight to emergency or Dr. David Bak, Was on duty at the emergency department in the Welland Hospital. I was given an x-ray and a CAT scan, and they determined that blunt forced trauma was the cause of my two herniated discs. Prior to my visit to the hospital while the therapist Had cracked my neck a couple of weeks earlier. On this particular visit, he was about to do that again, and I told him “hey there’s something not right this doesn’t feel right”, At which point he said “suck it up you big baby” and then he cracked my neck and herniated two discs. Now I have spinal stenosis, Which I’m told is a result of the injury to my neck. There’s no cure for it and I will have it for the rest of my life. I have great difficulty sleeping every single night for the 15 years. You need to vet the therapists better.”Read moreShow less
