Adam is a Registered Massage Therapist and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2021, and a graduate from the Ontario College of Health and Technology. He has a lifelong passion for helping others and has worked with a variety of populations throughout his career. Knowing that people require different treatments, he is well versed in Myofascial techniques, General Swedish Massage, soft and deep tissue release, joint mobilization and trigger point therapy. In addition, he is trained in the use of Dolphin Microcurrent Point Stimulation and specializes in vagal nerve stimulation and scar therapy Adam has always been involved in sports, playing soccer, volleyball, golf, and completed a post-graduate degree in Sport Journalism. He loves a puzzle and is eager to help his patients live a healthier happier life.
