“Zam is such a phenomenal practitioner. She knows how to create an incredibly safe space for my body to ease into relaxation and she is amazing at finding all the tight spots I didn't even know were there! She is someone I will keep going back to time and time again because every time I leave knowing that she has done so much more than a bandaid approach or just easing symptoms for a few days- she goes deeper but doesn't push past the capacity of my nervous system which I am so appreciative of!!”

“Hello all looking into Zam! I went to Zam for a few different things and she has always been splendid. She really emphasizes the importance of supporting the Whole Being through its healing journey. She’s amazing at what she does and the massages really helped my body, but the space she creates helped my mind and spirit heal too. If you are able, I highly recommend giving Zam a chance in your healing and joyful life! It definitely helps that there is parking available onsite even though it’s in downtown Calgary.”

“It is truly so nourishing to have a massage session with Zam - she is magical and you can feel the vibes, the care and intention put into her practice, into every detail! She makes you feel at ease instantly and her passion for her craft(s) is very clear. “After cycling through RMTs for 5+ years I have finally found a provider I want to stick with! Zam is the best because she can truly provide relaxation and deep tissue/athletic recovery treatments. Her presence is so calming that I find myself almost falling asleep, and I never feel like that during massages. I also love her treatments because she goes above and beyond when I have an issue, and her knowledge of how the body works is incredible.
