“I want to start by saying that this was my first visit with a Naturopath. With a strong family history of Osteoporosis and years of only my GP's advice I decided to add a naturopath Dr to my health journey and chose Dr Yates practice. “This was my first appointment with Dr Yates. I'm not overly familiar with the processes and treatments under a naturopath. I must say my first foray was comforting. Dr Yates patiently explained the process and steps that I will be undergoing over the next year. The meal plan is something I can definitely follow. Nothing was overwhelming for my first visit. And, zero wait time! What most amazes me is that I will have weekly follow-ups where my diet and supplements will be adjusted as required.”Read moreShow less

“I have extensive experience with acupuncture treatments and have primarily worked with Chinese practitioners, not only in Canada but also in Europe and Asia. As a result, I was initially hesitant due to my own unconscious bias. After my first session, I can confidently say that Dr. Yates is highly knowledgeable in his field.
