“Wendy is by far the best acupuncturist I’ve ever seen! I came to her with a stiff neck, shoulder pain, and 3 years of chronic pain in my leg. “Both my boyfriend and myself had microneedling done here but both had quite varying experiences. He had a good experience with Neha and liked her attentiveness and how thorough she was. We both had Mika on our second session and felt quite rushed. Our active acne was microneedled by Mika, which Neha before specially avoided. I emailed the clinic regarding this, asked some questions as well, only for my email to be ignored by their team. “Every session with Wendy feels like the world pauses for a little while. She has such a calming energy that I start feeling better just talking to her. What I love most is that she does so much in one session. Depending on what I need, she combines acupuncture, cupping, massage, and I always leave feeling very relaxed. Wendy is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. She also follows up after every appointment with personalized recommendations and tips, which I really appreciate because after her treatments I'm usually so relaxed that I would forget half of what we talked about! “I recently visited Yaletown Wellness for a facial that was scheduled to be one hour. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t go as expected. Shortly after some products were applied, my skin had a strong reaction. I informed the esthetician right away and asked to stop the facial. She removed the products and suggested using a cooling machine to help calm my skin, which I appreciated and found helpful. Since the facial could not be completed, I was surprised by the final charge of $115. While a partial discount was offered after discussion, I felt a bit uncomfortable being asked what I thought the service was worth. I believe it would be more appropriate for the business to have a clear and fair policy in situations like this. I also think a more thorough skin assessment beforehand could help prevent reactions like this in the future. Overall, the staff were polite, and I appreciated the effort to calm my skin, but I hope there can be clearer communication and pricing practices for situations where services cannot be completed.”Read moreShow less

Truly the best quality service and experiences are provided here at Yaletown Wellness on Hamilton , I recently tried microneedling with the GENIUS brand and the results on my skin were the BEST I’ve ever tried. Melanie is truly incredible and professional at what she does! I purchased another 4 session package for this year and gifted my sister one! I’ve tried other microneedling clinics and the experience was not the same, and I didn’t see results like I did at yaletown Wellness.
