PHYSIOTHERAPY APPOINTMENTS . If you are NEW to our clinic or if it has been more than 1 year since your last visit, please book an Initial Assessment with us over the phone as well as 3 follow up visits 1 week apart with the same clinician.**

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.

Regardless of reason, cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee. This policy allows us to minimize wait times and ensure our practitioners’ schedules are used effectively to serve all of our patients.

“The therapists working there are good, but their policy was very unfair towards me. One of my RMT appointment was cancelled by the centre on the day of the appointment. This was due to the massage therapist having a last minute emergency which I completely understood. Today I had an emergency medical issue for which I couldn't make my physiotherapy appointment, however the centre still charged me $50 for no show fee. It's very unfair that they can have emergencies in life and as customers we have to accept, but when it's the other way around, there is no consideration. I was very dissatisfied with this treatment.”

“Overall the Women's Health Physiotherapy Center has been a welcoming and barrier-free touchtone in my post partum journey. It's so refreshing to find a health care setting that is truly focused on caring for women and mothers! It feels warm and inviting, and provides a sense of safety that encompasses more than physical health. I have been going to Michelle for several years now, and the experience is beyond physical! A massage treatment from Michelle is intuitive, compassionate and nothing short of magical. I often book a massage not knowing what I need, but find myself leaving feeling as though I've let go of more than physical tension; she has the ability to tap into a different energy level. Michelle has also provided infant massage to my daughter, and it's remarkable how calm and relaxed she became under Michelle's soothing touch! Thank you, Michelle!”

“I’ve had pelvic floor physiotherapy treatment here, a year apart, for separate reasons. Both times, I found that Liron was a fantastic therapist who took time to listen, asked for a thorough amount of detail and created a plan to help me with my goals. She made me feel very comfortable and we made great progress both times! She was also very honest about the number of sessions needed. The support staff at the centre made it very easy to book and move appointments! Overall an excellent experience and I’d recommend for anyone with pelvic floor issues.”
