Cancellations or rescheduling as of FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 11, are now decreased from 48 to 24 hours and will result in a charge of $50/service or per hour of service time booked for Medical/Esthetic Services and 100% service fee for massage. Unexpected events do arise, however you agree by booking that scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, childcare, and all other unforeseen circumstances are not the fault of your provider and payment for professionally reserved time is required. You may cancel yourself up to 12 hours prior without needing to contact your provider, however you will be charged the fee from your card on file, or require payment prior to your next visit. Texts to Harmony’s personal number are no longer accepted as means of cancellation or rescheduling.
