“Joy is a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist who is kind, professional, and genuinely caring. She patiently answers all of my questions, explains everything clearly, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. “My whole family of 4 goes here and always get great service. My kids have gone here since they were a year old and are never scared to go. I don't even care which specific dental hygienist or dentist I get as they're all great. “I can’t say enough wonderful things about Windsor Woods Dental! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth—Julie at the front desk always makes you feel welcome and at ease. A special thank you as well to Rachel, the hygienist, who provides the most thoughtful and gentle care. I have trigeminal neuralgia, and dental visits can be incredibly challenging, but she consistently finds a way to clean my teeth with patience, care, and as close to pain-free as possible. “Just transferred to Windsor Woods dental in Tsawwassen after being a patient at another dental office for over 30 years . I was a bit hesitant and nervous , however my first experience and then my subsequent visit were amazing to say the least. Professional and friendly staff and a calming welcoming dental office made my visits stress free and positive . Over the years I had become a bit anxious with any dental work . Not sure why. After I explained this to the staff during my second visit which required extensive dental work , they made sure that I was cared for to reduce my anxiety which to me was just so appreciated and made my experience so positive . “Windsor woods have been a nice place for my daughter(6 years) to go until yesterday visit. She was traumatized due to rushed up procedure. Doctor who did the filling was trying to rush as her previous procedure was still pending. Why daughter screamed when she poked the anesthesia needle in her cheek. I asked to stop and asked the reason and her explanation was that the child already know she will be poked and that’s why the reaction. I explained prior to this procedure she had done this 3 times with no issues. Then she gave more jelly( numbness cream) and let it rest and then poked the anesthesia and which went smoothly. I will not be bringing back my child here anymore as she is very upset since yesterday and I think this doctor has ruined it for her future dental visits. I feel if there is a child involved you should be more patient than just poke the needle right after numbness gel. This was a very disappointing visit. I had shared my experience with the lady at reception and hope they will work on more training.”Read moreShow less

“Quality, caring dental care. Very friendly staff all. Keeps the patient informed regarding options, longevity and cost. Dr. Zhang attempts to practice painless dentistry (unfortunately it can’t be avoided entirely) and keeps the patient well informed of progress. “On a friend’s recommendation, I visited Windsor Woods yesterday, not knowing what to expect, and received treatment from Dr. Kevin Zhang, including fillings for two teeth and the extraction of two teeth in preparation for dental implants. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Dr. Zhang’s professional skills and thoughtful care made the whole procedure relaxed and completely pain-free. Everything was completed perfectly in just one hour. To be honest, I was very nervous the night before the extractions and barely slept. Finding such a highly skilled dentist in Tsawwassen was a very pleasant surprise. Dr. Kevin Zhang is truly one of the best dentists I have ever met. In addition, the front desk staff and dental assistants were all very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for, especially as someone new to the area who does not speak much English.
