“I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD and Sophia has been extremely therapeutic in helping me with handling this change in my life. I feel very comfortable disclosing my internal thoughts with her and I think that Sophia hits the right balance of providing affirmation and challenge to her patients so that they can better themselves. I would recommend her to anyone based on my experience with her, regardless of what you need to see her for.”
