“I’ve had really good experiences here before and have come back more than once, so I do truly like this clinic. This time though, the booking process kind of threw me off. You now have to keep a credit card on file just to book an appointment and complete the intake forms on their website. I understand why they might have that policy, but it didn’t feel great to me. Maybe I’m a bit cautious about my financial info being stored in another “secure” system, but it was enough of a barrier that I ended up cancelling. It seems like an even bigger barrier for people who genuinely need their services, which is unfortunate because I’ve had positive experiences here otherwise. “While the counsellor I saw was fine, I can’t recommend this place to anyone due to their COMPLETELY unrealistic cancelation/rescheduling policy. I had to reschedule my appointment but they require 24 business hours notice meaning you have to tell them 3 business days before hand if you want to cancel which is unreasonable to say the least. Such a scam when every other place requires a 24 hour cancelation, not based on business hours or days.”Read moreShow less
