“I highly recommend Staci and White Birch Wholistics. Since coming to the area Staci has help me immensely on my healing journey. I am constantly spreading the word to anyone who is looking for a genuine wholesome experience, meeting you exactly where you are at. Either through her healing hands on the table, and/or the safe space she creates in the studio on the mat, she has a wealth of knowledge and I would not be where I am today without her and the community she has created. The container Staci has built is so therapeutic. It offers space to all shapes/bodies to come and just BE. This for me has allowed me to grow and lean into my practice without judgement, meeting my body where it is at today, while surrounded by amazing women who support and lift up other women. It's been so beautiful to witness but also receive. Between the work we've done on the table and the mat - it has given my body back the strength, balance, and love it's been missing.
