“I had a great experience receiving BPPV treatment from Suzanne. She is extremely professional, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable in treating this condition. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment process. “I went in with a shoulder injury that was preventing me from doing even basic tasks. Met with physio Ian, who was very knowledgeable and provided me with lots of exercises to do and intramuscular stimulation. 6 weeks later I am completely healed. Such a good experience. “I had severe lower back pain in late July and August. I saw my GP about my excruciating back pain on July 29. I wanted to get a referral to a back specialist which I did and I’m still waiting to get into Kinetix. I saw a chiropractor on July 24 and I could hardly get off the bench, I was in so much pain. It didn’t help my back pain. My sister in law had heard that Physio - Matt Powell was an effective practitioner. He was away and Saranne was substituting for him. When I was first treated by Saranne on August 9 I had difficulty moving without pain. I immediately had confidence in Saranne’s ability to help me. I have tried a number of physiotherapists over the years and have found they have not been helpful. Saranne quickly assessed my condition and used a variety of hands on techniques on my back including IMS, traction, etc. She provided me with exercises to do daily. I have had 4 physio sessions with Saranne and my back is so much better than it was when I first saw her. I found Saranne takes a holistic approach to physiotherapy, is compassionate, hands on, and is efficient and effective in her approach to getting the root of the problem and treatment. “I highly recommend Suzanne for BPPV/vertigo related issues. She uses gaggle and computer for precise test and analysis of the issue and Suzanne is very knowledgeable and experienced with analyzing where the crystal is(this is the most critical step for vertigo treatment, if the judgement is wrong, the treatment result could be worse). “Messed up my shoulder nicely in a bike crash. My first appointment with Iain Cumberland. Very impressed. (Very) comprehensive examination that made good sense. Clearly explained what a great job I had done on my shoulder and provided clear instructions on exercises. (Unlike some places where you walk out going “what is step 127?”) So - five star service.
