“As many have said before, the selection of frames here is incredible. So many options, styles, and brands to choose from. Beyond that, all of the staff from the front to the back are so incredibly kind kind. I just went to buy some glasses and it was such a fun and painless experience compared to other eye doctors I've been to. Don't usually feel the need to post reviews for places like this, but as someone with a really high prescription and complicated taste in frames, having somewhere like this makes shopping for glasses (and getting my eye exams, too) so much less of a drag. “The staff here are amazing from the receptionists and on. I broke my glasses the day before our big trip. I came in late in the afternoon and Chris, the optometrist delivered them to my door at 7pm. “Visited this clinic for an emergency visit after some acute eye irritation didn’t resolve on it’s own. Dr. Patricia Rupnow was courteous and kind, and although she was rushed trying to fit me in for a brief appointment between already booked patients, she recognized that something wasn’t right, treated me quickly and efficiently, and had me booked in at a more appropriate time for a quick follow-up. The staff at the office also seemed kind, compassionate, and highly competent. I would highly recommend her and this office if you are in need of eye care. The one caveat I might add is that despite having a rather significant portion of their website dedicated to emergency care, they don’t seem to be set up to deal with any significant number of acute/walk-in emergencies, and a sign on the door states an email is required before being seen. I’m not sure what effect COVID has had on their service, and I felt accommodated despite this, but I think that I was the exception, not the rule. I wouldn’t show up here and expect to be treated immediately... hospital’s emergency departments might be a better choice for emergency care.”Read moreShow less
