“I had a great experience with Tristyn! She is caring, really knowledgeable and takes the time to explain treatments. I am super happy with my results and to be getting back to what I love pain free! Can't recommend Tristyn enough!!”

“I found Warrior Physiotherapy when I was pregnant with my second baby and I’m so thankful I did. I started seeing Ashley for prenatal physio and also joined Sydney’s pregnancy workout classes. My son is now 20 months old and I’m still seeing Ashley regularly. She’s been a constant through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and now the everyday aches and pains that come with mom life.
One thing I really appreciate about Warrior is that they treat both pelvic floor and MSK concerns. It’s hard to find that kind of care in one place and it makes a big difference. I’ve had ongoing back and shoulder pain from work and from constantly carrying my toddler, and Ashley always seems to know exactly where the tension is coming from, often before I even explain it. I never thought I’d say this, but I’ve actually grown to appreciate dry needling. It’s helped me so much and I genuinely look forward to it now.
Sydney’s classes have also been a big part of my journey. I started with her prenatal Lifting for Two workouts, then moved into Baby and Me, and now I attend the Busy Mom classes. These workouts have helped me feel more like myself again. They’ve given me time to focus on my health, stay active, and connect with other moms going through similar stages.
Ashley and Sydney have both had such a positive impact on my life. They’ve helped me feel stronger, more in tune with my body, and more supported overall. Their care goes beyond the physical. I always feel seen and understood, and that kind of support has meant so much, especially during the more challenging postpartum moments.
I’ve never stuck with any other health/treatment professionals this consistently, but Warrior is different. It’s not just about treatment or workouts. It’s about community. I’ve even made some amazing friendships through the classes, which has been such a lovely bonus.
Life after kids is busy and often overwhelming, and I’m so grateful that Warrior offers a space where moms can focus on their own wellbeing. I’ve recommended them to so many of my friends and I’ll continue to do so. The care, support, and encouragement you get at Warrior truly make a difference.
Thanks for being AMAZING!!!!”Read moreShow less

“Ashley and Sydney have been one of the best parts of my prenatal and postpartum journey. I started with Warrior based on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so happy I did. Ashley and Sydney have made every session informative, productive and comfortable. You will laugh, make friends, and be supported, all while hitting your health and fitness goals. Their kind, and genuine approach makes you want to show up and work to bettering yourself. I will never stop recommending Warrior Physio for soon-to-be and new moms!”Read moreShow less

“I have seen Tristyn and Ashley for prenatal and postpartum pelvic floor physiotherapy. They are both wonderful and made me feel comfortable and provided exercises to strengthen and heal from pregnancy and birth.
The small group strength training with Sydney is incredible and has helped me gain my strength back while taking Baby with me to workouts!”Read moreShow less

“I have weekly interactions with the Warrior crew from a physio, acupuncture, and strength & mobility training.
All of the Warriors I’ve met; Ashley, Jill, and of course my amazing daughter Sydney are the most caring, pleasant, approachable and helpful team you will meet. They keep this aging body and mind in shape. Thank you team, and I look forward to seeing you in your pending new space at the start of May 2025!

“I highly recommend Tristyn at Warrior! I really appreciated her calm, kind and supportive attitude and approach to my treatment. She did a thorough assessment of my injury, strength and abilities, and recommended a very realistic exercise program to help me strengthen my joints and muscles that I could work into my every day life. Each visit she assessed how my strength was changing and was able to adjust my program and exercises according to my progress. Her dry needling treatments were also very helpful and I had pretty much no discomfort. Because of her my pain is gone and I am back to running as I was before my injury!”Read moreShow less

“I started my pregnancy and postpartum journey with Warrior Physiotherapy 2 years ago. I can’t recommend Ashley and her team enough! I say to all my pregnant friends that she is the best gift I can give them! From preparing me for labour, to helping my body heal in those early postpartum weeks, to getting strong in my new mom body, they've helped me with it all! There has never been a question or issue I have that Ashely doesn’t know the answer to! She has taught me the value of patience and trust in the process. Through the postpartum classes, I have connected with many moms and getting together with our babies to prioritize our own health became a highlight of my week during maternity leave! Trust me, Warrior physiotherapy is the best decision you can make when picking a pelvic floor physiotherapist!”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Ashley and Sydney since I was 16 weeks pregnant, and my little one is now 14 months old. I completed their prenatal classes and after continued coming in for strength training until I reached 36 weeks. Then, I did their postnatal classes and I am doing their Busy Moms bootcamp. They both have been amazing and are super knowledgeable. Thank you for offering new moms a safe and non-judgmental space to take care of themselves. It's so great being able to meet and workout with other moms. You guys are the best! :)”Read moreShow less

“My journey with Ashley started when I was a few months pregnant with my second child and was looking for a pelvic floor physiotherapist in my area. I'm so glad I found Ashley because she became such an integral part of my prenatal and postnatal care.
During my pregnancy, Ashley assessed my entire body so that I could prevent some of the physical symptoms I experienced in my previous pregnancy. She also taught me some amazing pushing techniques that I wish I knew the first time around. I suffered from a mild prolapse from my first delivery and wanted to be proactive with my second pregnancy to reduce my symptoms. The work I did with Ashley contributed to a very positive birth experience.
When I went back to see Ashley 6 weeks postpartum, we started the work of getting me to where I wanted to be post having two babies. I never thought I would ever feel like I could start running again, but with a combination of one on one appointments with Ashely and then joining her postpartum strength class, I now feel stronger than ever! Taking my time and following Ashley's expert advice over the past year has got me to where I am today! Ashley's approach was life-changing, she got me back to running and enjoying exercise again, all while having a great time and meeting new moms in the process.”Read moreShow less

“I met Ashley when I joined her Postpartum Strengthening group, 4 months after giving birth. From my first interaction with her, I felt supported and understood, especially as a new mom returning to exercise (with my baby!) Not only did she plan weekly exercises that set the foundation for gradual strengthening, each class was new and different. Even though it was a (small) group class, it felt completely personalized. She always watched my movements, made adjustments and encouraged me to take it at my own pace and/or try something a little heavier or harder if appropriate. She supported my return to run goals, by offering an individual analysis and recommending a progressive plan. I also need to mention that it was an absolute GIFT to be able to take my baby to class! Ashley is VERY good with babies and was able to help offer a safe space for them to watch their mamas work out! My postpartum recovery has been smooth and I have gained strength and confidence, thanks to Ashley and the wonderful program she has created! Thank-you!”Read moreShow less
