Our main address is 430 The Queensway South, Keswick. When you arrive, you will enter in the double doors (Remax entrance) on the far side of the parking lot.

“I always wanted to find someone who would make me think, “If I were an injector, this is exactly how I would think, and these are the values I would have.” And then I found Joanna. She is incredibly thorough and thoughtful. She never imposes or pushes anything you’re not comfortable with, and I never once felt pressured into getting a treatment. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain her reasoning and isn’t afraid to challenge my views or thought process when she feels it’s important. “I'm going to break down my experience and cover a few categories all which I give 5 stars. Initial Consult / Injector Joanna first impressions: Joanna is very kind and sweet. She has an approach like no other. She was very gentle with her words, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her. She's definitely frugal, and strives for a natural look and never pushed products or treatments on me. She provided me with a full treatment plan in a very detailed email and didn't charge for any of this which most places do and then will take that amount off your first treatment. She has several years experience but is also new enough to the industry that she's very current. She continues her education and is very diligent especially as a first time client she ensured she had the right answers to my questions and even consulted her medical team. Joanna came very highly recommended from a good friend who is very well adverse in cosmetic work and injections and that added to my confidence. Joanna never pressured me but also made me feel comfortable with her confidence and advise. The studio: The studio is in a quiet building shared with other businesses but it felt very private and intimate in her space. The overall atmosphere and design was calming but also felt very professional. The chair which reclines for treatment was comfortable. The treatment: I had lip filler for the first time, and let me tell you, I am the absolute text book definition of a nervous client and if you think your scared and worried about pain I am worse I promise! It took me years to get botox and once I did I was like oh thats no big deal at all, but filler was a whole new ballgame and I've talked about doing my lips for years but couldnt get up the nerve. After my initial consult I was feeling far more comfortable with Joanna's approach and dedication to making clients comfortable and she didn't disappoint. I had my crows feet done so just 20units of dysport and I was pleasantly surprised with her technique which I already thought botox was easy, I was surprised when it was even more comfortable, quick, gentle and barely noticed it was being done. Then we moved onto the terrifying lip filler. I got a full syringe because I also had pursing lines I wanted treated above my top lip. Not a smoker but I sure had the lines. Joanna started my treatment with numbing cream and honestly that might have been the strangest feeling of the entire process. She also iced my lip prior to any pokes which I didn't realize she had even done the first injection. The pain was like a 2 out of 10 and I wouldn't even call it pain it was just more the presence of the tinest wee little poke barley noticable. I've read people saying things like it was a sharp sting or felt warm, not one bit. It was so tolerable I told her to do more if she thought I could use it. There was only one poke near the end on the top of my lip on the side that I felt slightly more and I think at that point the numbing was just wearing off. Please don't be like me and avoid treatments because of the fear of the unknown with pain. I can assure you I felt so dumb after for ever worrying and Joanna talks you through and will make you feel comfortable the entire time. The results/after care: I immediately loved how my lips looked, and my pursing lines were gone. Things are a bit swollen at first and feel a little lumpy, but its totally tolerable and comfortable. I ate as soon as I got home, and didn't have to ice or take pain meds for discomfort it's completely manageable (and I'm a wuss remember ) lol in fact I'd argue I was more uncomfortable with a lip flip because I would eat and drink funny for a week or so. The problem with having such a phenomenal experience, I already wanna go back and have a list of things I wanna do next and of course the cost adds up. But Joanna did offer a first time client discount so I recommend doing as much as you can on your first appointment! I highly recommend Joanna and Vivid!”Read moreShow less
