“This was an amazing experience, I came in the first time in quite a lot of pain and left feeling really good. A friend saw me after and said I looked completely different and it was because I wasn't in pain. My muscles were still sore but the pain was gone. I have told many people about Erica and they have gone as well and were also in disbelief at how much better they felt. The best part is that there is no pain during the treatment, Erica is very gentle, I'm not sure how to explain what she does other than it is truly amazing.”

“This was an amazing experience! I had hurt my back the beginning of March and was in still quite a lot of pain and just uncomfortable. I went not knowing what osteopathy was and if it would help but WOW! I walked out with my impacted hips and back and tummy ( which I didn’t realize was even an issue) released, I left and walked down the stairs- no pain, got into my car- no pain and no conscious effort, I just got in!! Not invasive or painful like sometimes a massage can be. Today my muscles are still a bit sore but no pain like I had before. I have been telling everyone lol I think I am in a bit of shock at how well it worked and how good I feel. Definitely 10/10, thank you Erica, I really appreciate how much you helped!”
