🙂 New Clients: Contact Our Office to Book - Please fill out our New Client Inquiry form to initiate setting up an appointment. If you have a specific counsellor in mind, let us know in the form.
🕒 Cancellations + Rescheduling - If a session is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason less than 48 hours prior to the appointment or in the event of non-attendance, the full session fee applies. This is because it leaves a significant hole in the therapist’s day along with prep time that could have been used for another client. Alongside providing the best help for our clients, we also want to provide the best experience for our team members.

“I felt disappointed with my experience here. It took a lot of time and arranging to find appointment times that would work for our family (finding sitters, etc)…finally get here, and after one session was told that not one counselor in the whole business could help us with our current issues? These are normal common issues. Very strange. Something about the “style” of counselling they do. I could understand if maybe one counselor couldn’t help us…but that NO counselors in the whole business were able to help? Strange. There should really be a variety of “counseling styles” available. 3 stars because the counselor herself was nice enough and probably would’ve been a good fit. And the weekend and late appointments availability were attractive to us and was why we initially booked here.”Read moreShow less

“I recently had a session with Pardeep Thandi, and it was extremely helpful. She listens with empathy and gives practical guidance that makes a real difference. I felt comfortable sharing my concerns, and she provided thoughtful strategies to move forward. I truly appreciate her support and would recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled relationship counsellor.””Read moreShow less

“Absolutely delighted that I get to experience this phase of my life with the support of Audrey! From the start. It was easy to build rapport with Audrey. She genuinely listens and helps pull that inner strength out of you that has been buried by trauma and life stuff. I’m extremely satisfied with my sessions and look forward to many more!”Read moreShow less

“This is my honest experience with the clinic. I canceled an appointment just four minutes past the 48-hour cancellation window (at 47 hours and 56 minutes prior) and was still charged the full $155 fee. I was told it was up to the counsellor, Melissa, to decide whether to waive the charge, and she chose not to. While I understand the need for policies, the lack of flexibility in this case left me with a very negative impression. I would not recommend this clinic, and the experience has unfortunately affected my view of counselling overall”Read moreShow less

“A few years back, our family needed a therapist and I did a lot of reviews and reading on Therapists, and I eventually landed on Chelsea as her description sounded great. She listed herself as a Christian, and we wanted a Christian based therapist. As we all know, therapy is VERY private, so no one can know what Chelsea says to each person, so it took a year or two before I recognized that Chelsea was promoting non-biblical ideas. Consequently, she has created a lot of pain and damage in our family. She does not list Christianity on her profile anymore, however I strongly recommend against her, especially if you're religious. She still lists that she welcomes Religious Beliefs, but then she will lead you away from them, or at least that is what she did with us. Use Great Caution if you are considering her. **** As an additional follow-up, after I posted this honest review, within a day or two, Chelsea brought up my review with my daughter in a session, which created more frustration. Very unprofessional. I can’t say if she did this to purposefully create more frustration or not, however her actions did do that, and her competence for discretion with patients is up for debate in my opinion. She has also had no interest in responding to my review. Instead she found a friend or two, to give her a good review. I recommend Great Caution if you are considering her.****”Read moreShow less
