“Do not go to Afshin Shams for vertigo. He does not know how to properly assess which ear is causing the problem. The clinic does not have the equipment to monitor your eye movements to determine the affected canal. The positions he put my neck in without knowing which canal made the problem much worse than it was before. He kept confusing left and right the whole appointment. He triggered a worse episode than I've ever had and I've been carsick ever since the appointment (which I didn't have at all before). Waste of time and money just to feel sick. It's not entirely his fault: reception should NOT have booked me in with a sports injury/ musculoskeletal physiotherapist when I asked if they have anyone specializing in vertigo. I will be going to a different clinic with actual BPPV specialists. The ears are super complex structures, I'm upset the situation is now even more complicated.”

“I’ve had some disappointing experiences at other clinics in this area but I was happy I found Village Rehab as it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr Samuel Parr as a chiropractor at Village Rehab. He was attentive and thorough in his treatments and was able to address my concerns and give me the relief I needed with my chronic low back pain. I’ve also had massages with Karen, Eden and Yuliana who are all wonderful and great at what they do. If you’re in Liberty Village than this is the spot to go to!”

“I’ve been seeing Rasif for treatment of ongoing back pain, and I truly can’t recommend him enough. From the first appointment, he took the time to really listen and understand what was going on rather than just rushing into treatment. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. After a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in both my pain and mobility. “Dr. Ali is hands down the best chiropractor I’ve ever seen. I’ve been going to chiropractors all across the GTA for the past 10 years, and no one was able to truly help me until I found him. “Outstanding care and recovery support after a serious sports injury I’ve been visiting Village Rehab for the past four months following a terrible triad injury I sustained during an Ironman triathlon accident, and I cannot recommend them enough. I’ve worked closely with Dr. Ali and Leslie, and both have been absolutely exceptional throughout my recovery and rehabilitation journey.
