“Nicky Addison is so wonderful and supportive. My daughter loves working with her and her speech continues to improve. You can really see how much she cares and the extra effort she puts in to ensure she has fun. I’m always so impressed with the creative ways and resources she has for practicing and exploring new goals. I love that she always meets my daughter where she is at, which is so helpful when she is feeling shy and tired. My daughter always leaves each visit with a smile. It’s also been so helpful at home as she provides wonderful resources and follow-up after visits.”Read moreShow less

“Amy Manske is my daughter's SLP. My special needs daughter has moderate to profound cognitive developmental challenges, especially in the area of linguistic. She has been with VSLP for several years now. Amy has continued to help her in her visual comprehension, identifying commonly used words and making sentences in context. So, this is a step up for my child as she is hardly speaking much.”Read moreShow less

“We had a wonderful experience with Nicky Addison who created a customized thumb sucking elimination program for our 3 year old. It was a great success! Nicky is thorough and thoughtful in every step of the process. She is a knowledgeable professional, but she is also a mom who "gets it", and she balances both in her work. I felt supported, heard and respected, and most importantly, I felt like my child's emotional wellbeing was prioritized. I look forward to working more with Nicky in the future for my other child and for myself!”Read moreShow less
