“I have been coming to TrueCare Physiotherapy since last August and I can only say good and positive things about this place. I have had a rough couple of years and I have had such a hard time finding time for myself for self care.The staff here has taught me so many things that I can apply in my daily life to help with pain management that I didn’t even know. “I have elbow pain (muscle tear and tennis ball) for couple months, I’m going to TrueCare clinic to have tx with PT Bibi. I love the professional and friendly at clinic, I feel very relaxing during tx. Bibi gave simple exercises, easy to follow/remember to practice at home but it’s super helpful; especially a shock wave tx. My pain is 90% gone after 10 sessions. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is seeking for PT. The only minus at clinic is the area is a bit small, other than that everything else is great.
