MARIEL IS ONLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS with ICBC and FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY CLIENTS/PATIENTS. Your appointment will be reassigned to the next available RMT if not booked with ICBC or FST.
By providing your Benefit Insurance information, you consent TRNSCND HEALING WELLNESS to claim your benefits on your behalf. The claim is processed before 10 AM on the day of your appointment . We cannot guarantee direct billing if your intake form is not complete before you arrive for your appointment.
Medavie Insurance Holders: We currently do not offer direct billing for Medavie Blue Cross with Shakira, Jas, and Mallory. If you have active coverage, you can submit your receipt for reimbursement, which is typically processed within a few business days.
CANCELLATION FEE - Late Cancellation or No Show
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a late cancellation fee of FULL TREATMENT RATE . This fee helps cover time reserved exclusively for you. No-shows will be charged 100% of FULL TREATMENT RATE as well
To help cover credit card processing costs, a small service fee of 2.5% is added to payments made by credit card via Clover, Janeapp payment and Square.

“As a nurse, I unfortunately tend to use my back instead of my legs when lifting and mobilizing patients. Because of this, I need consistent treatment and rehabilitation for my back. I’ve never felt more welcomed in such a soothing, calm, and relaxing environment. Mallory is my go-to therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable and such a great person to chat with. The level of excellence and professionalism here is outstanding, and the massage therapies are individualized for each person and their specific problem areas, which my husband can also testify to. “My experience with Jas (body and head massage therapies) has been the best one I’ve had! I’ve been to several places in Langley and Abbotsford and her therapy is the best one by far. She’s really helping me relieve the tension around my neck, head, back, legs, feet. I also had a lymphatic drainage massage therapy by Mallory and it was amazing! She explained everything she was doing and the reason behind it. Very interesting and helped with my bloat.
