“I'm incredibly grateful to have found Gabriel at Trimetrics Physiotherapy. As a transit bus driver on Vancouver's North Shore, I know how important it is to find the right healthcare professional, and I feel incredibly fortunate that I found Gabriel. He specializes in men's pelvic health, an area that's critically important but still far too often overlooked. Gabriel takes the time to listen. He never makes me feel rushed, always answers my questions thoroughly, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. More than anything, I feel like he genuinely cares about making me better. Throughout my treatment, I've genuinely felt that Gabriel has been an advocate for me. When you're dealing with ongoing health issues, having a healthcare professional who's truly in your corner and wants the best possible outcome for you is incredibly reassuring. One of the things I appreciate most is what happens after the appointment. Gabriel sends a detailed summary of every session, updates my personalized exercise program through an easy-to-use app, and gives me a clear plan to follow until my next visit. That level of follow-up and communication is something I haven't experienced before. He doesn't just treat you during the appointment—he supports your progress between appointments as well. He's also generous with his time and knowledge. Whether it's discussing treatments I've researched, answering my questions honestly, or recommending other healthcare professionals when appropriate, I've always felt that his priority is helping me make informed decisions rather than just getting me through another appointment. I also appreciate that Trimetrics Physiotherapy offers virtual appointments. They've been invaluable on days when travelling to the clinic just isn't practical. If you're looking for a physiotherapist with genuine expertise in men's pelvic health—someone who listens, cares, and is truly committed to helping his patients improve—I highly recommend Gabriel at Trimetrics Physiotherapy.”Read moreShow less

“Dwain was my acupuncturist and he was absolutely awesome. He was always very patient in explaining my injury and how to treat it. He would also suggest some exercises for me to do to enhance the recovery process. I was very lucky to have met him. Thank you for everything Dwain.”Read moreShow less

“Trimetrics is a great physio facility that offers a variety of classes as well. I met with Susie about my o going back problems and she was amazing. She explained all of my issues and gave me a reasonable amount of exercises that seem to have helped. I highly recommend this facility.”Read moreShow less

“I have had lower back pain issues from a very early age. Due to my lifestyle (too much sitting, high stress), this issue has propagated from my toes to my neck over the years. I've tried whatever is out there to alleviate or merely manage the pain, convinced that a pain-free life is not an option for me. One of my friends, who was suffering serious back pain, recommended Niloo. After a few sessions, I've felt a significant improvement (one I couldn't achieve in months or years in alternative therapies). I don't even live in North Van and drive 40 minutes (one way) to see her, and it's totally worth it.”Read moreShow less

“Updated Google Review I have a long history of lower back issues, including an operation in 2009, and have experienced many ups and downs since then. I’ve tried almost every method out there—dry needling, acupuncture, and even Pilates—but I often found that some physiotherapists actually made the situation worse. I’ve always believed that recovery planning should be tailored to the individual, as everyone has a unique body and injury history. I found Niloo Souri through a coworker’s suggestion, and it has been a wonderful experience since day one. She truly understands what my body needs and how to work with it. I always felt that Pilates would be effective if I could just find the right instructor, and Niloo is definitely that person for me. I have never felt this good or confident. In fact, I haven’t had any flare-ups in the last three months, which is likely the first time I can say that since before my surgery. Even though I can be a bit of a "lazy" patient, we found a way to make the treatment work for me. I am so happy to have found Niloo—she has made me believe that a pain-free life is actually possible.”Read moreShow less

“I've had shoulder issues for a few decades with no real results from other clinics. A friend of mine highly recommended Trimetrics Physiotherapy when my shoulder pain level suddenly increased. At first I was reluctant to spend my time and money, fearing a waste of time again. Boy, was I in for a surprise. The front end staff are so kind and friendly, making the entrance in the clinic calming. I was assigned to work with the Physiotherapist named Niloo. Young, knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive, she really took the time to analyze my situation and explain the functions of the muscles and nerves that support the shoulder. From there, Niloo went right to work on my shoulder with some on hand manipulation, exercises and helpful tips. After that first session, I had the first good night's sleep in months which has encouraged me to continue treatments. Niloo also follows up with emails containing the exercise details... awesome! I know shoulder issues take time to resolve but I feel confident in the hands of Niloo and staff at Trimetrics Physiotherapy. I highly recommend Niloo and the clinic at Trimetrics Physiotherapy.”Read moreShow less
