“I've now been a number of times to have my hair done at trillium college hair salon in the Oshawa mall, and I've always had positive experiences. I go for half a head of highlights, and a shampoo, wash, trim, and style. The cost is affordable and the staff is friendly. If interested in not spending the exorbitant amounts at other hair salons, and you have just a bit of extra time, I recommend trying this location!”

“This was my first time visiting Trillium College Spa Clinic after seeing so many recommendations in the Brooklin Moms Facebook group, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! Katia did a fabulous job with my hair and made me feel completely pampered from start to finish. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. You truly can’t beat the price for the quality of service you receive. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and so happy with the results. Highly recommend Katia and the whole team!”

“I came to the salon for the first time 4 years ago and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Crystal and her students have always given me a 5 star experience. The students really take their time and the haircuts and colour are always top of the line. Crystal always checks to ensure everything is perfect. I trust her and her team 100%. To top it all off the prices are unbeatable!”

“I get my hair done roughly every 3 months full highlights! I'm always so happy! Price is amazing! My hair is Always beautiful . The girls are always positive I love the environment. It's a very anxiety free place. The girls work so hard and the teachers have the most amazing personality's and pay super close attention to be sure you get the best results possible . I also took my other half and son to get their hair cuts as well my other half being super picky and he really enjoyed being pampered and my son is 3 he just liked the attention from the girls he had fun . Bonus my son was he wasn't treated like a burden like he has been by the other hair salons/barbers I have taken him to the client treatment is above and beyond ! So 5 stars ! If I could give this place infinite stars I would.”

“Unfortunately, just getting information about a program was a struggle. They can't accommodate you if you are a mature student that is actually employed and works during the day. Their one and only career counselor is only available M-F 9-5. She called me repeatably during the day and would leave the same exact message every time even after I mention to her a number of times in an email that I was not available to take calls during the day. It would seem this isn't a one off because there are a number of reviews mentioning the same issue I had with them. As there are many other options for career colleges do your research on Reddit from people who have attending the college. That will give you a true representation of how they actually 'show up' for their students. Best of luck with your future education.”

“I attended the Trillium College spa clinic in the past for a haircut and had no issues. Recently, however, when booking a massage appointment I had a very frustrating and misleading experience. There was a snowstorm and my city's public transit announced shut down. I called the morning of my appointment and informed them that I didn't think I'd be able to make it in and asked about the refund policy. Rather than simply saying there would be no refund, the individual on the phone stated that she would cancel my appointment and I would receive a "credit" on my account. When I called to attempt to book another appointment and use said "credit", she informed me that I would be charged again. What is the point of a credit if I cannot use it? She also said that next time I should reschedule instead of canceling appointments to avoid losing money. Im unsure why she went ahead and cancelled my appointment then, instead of providing me the option to reschedule. I understand that there are specific policies in place, however, she should have been clear and transparent regarding such policies when I called on the morning of my appointment. Furthermore, when I asked to speak to the manager regarding this situation, she said she would connect me to the manager via email. However, instead, she called me stating she already spoke to her manager who said the same thing. Additionally, I am unable to remove my credit card from their booking system. Unfortunately, they've lost a potential recurring customer as I was interested in their other spa services. I would recommend Durham College spa instead- their booking process is simple and they accommodate gender preferences for massage therapy.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Hailey today and having her colour my hair and a trim. I came in to colour match my hair extensions and Hailey and the instructor were the sweetest people walking me through the process and coming up with what volume and developer to use. Hailey was so sweet and it came out as such a good match. She was great in her technique and process and made my experience overall so amazing. She’s graduating in June and I hope more people visit her before then to receive such awesome service! 🩷”

“I have been several times, and have been happy with each haircut and have had a new student every time! A couple times I’ve given a small outline of what I want and let them go wild with layers and still, thrilled! The instructor Crystal is amazing with the students with her instruction and the way she keeps it light makes it fun…. Plus she has taken over to show how something is done and she has had some creative ideas!”
