“My daughter injured her lower back and had a tight deadline to return to sport for an upcoming tournament. The pain was lingering and any sport was flaring it up. It was more than typical soreness. Elodie listened to all of the challenges and quickly planned an excellent pathway to try and hit our goal to return to sport for the tournament. She provided targeted routines, stretches and stengthening. She was friendly, answered all our questions and genuinely connected with my daughter. That connection really helped build trust and confidence. My daughter’s team went on to win gold, undefeated in the tournament! The biggest win; however, was that she was able to play all four games without any pain! Thank you Elodie and team!”

By the end of June, I had achieved an 85-90% recovery, regaining significant function and nearly reaching my extended back. “I highly recommend Yvonne for acupuncture. I have been dealing with chronic pain and Yvonne has been essential to my recovery journey. On top of being a great listener she has a great knack to find the right areas on her own. The needles are thin so not very painful at all. I always look forward to treatments as I immediately come out feeling much better. She is very personable and easy to get along with. Also, the clinic is great as they are full service, staff is very friendly, parking is never an issue and the booking/payment process is very smooth.”

“Wow! Went to my doctors to confirm if I had vertigo and then was referred to Treloar for vestibular physio. I was lucky and got in the same day. I highly recommend you to see Stacey for treatment. She took me through a bunch of movements to determine which ear was causing the issue. She is very patient in explaining the causes and honest about treatment results. I woke up this morning for the first time in 5 days without feeling dizzy. I definitely would recommend going to see Stacey. Plus the receptionists are so sweet and helpful especially the young one, Zoe. She's so perky and attentive.”

“Have been coming to Treloar for almost two years now after a nasty slip on the ice and I can't recommend Chelsea enough! She is always patient, caring, and a great conversationalist! After my tailbone area healed up, she continued to work with me on strengthening, posture, and other pains that come up. She is great at finding those really "crunchy" spots and provides exercise that is easy to do at home. Nothing but wonderful things to say about Chelsea (and the wonderful front desk staff as well!).”

“I felt better after going for acupuncture and cupping treatments with Yvonne. It’s helped relieve my neck pain, improved my sleep issues and enhanced my overall mental health. The red marks from cupping were very dark initially, but now fade in a couple days. I recommend Yvonne, Acupuncturist to anyone looking for a holistic approach to alleviating pain and stress.”
