“I worked with Christina Smith for a couple of months to regain flexibility that was starting to effect my scuba diving. And I'm sure that old age was also a factor. :-) I was very pleased with the attention and exercise regime that she put together, and the app made it easy for me to follow the program at home between sessions. I continue to do the exercises today even after the sessions with Christina ended, and they are now part of my daily routine. “I’ve visited Trailside Physio a few times, and most recently I’ve been working with Jacky Shen — I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. I came in with persistent neck issues, and thanks to Jacky’s expertise, that problem has completely disappeared.
