“I started working with Lauren and was barely able to get into the building. The pain I had was terrible. I have spinal stenosis and every nerve was pinched … ‘wrestled with and beat to the ground’ when I first started physio … with Lauren . Today, I walked in on my steam ( walking stick only) and pain is essentially well managed! Yup !!! Lauren and her expertise in this field is top notch!!! No longer wrestling with pain but managing it and winning !”

“Years ago I used to go see, someone whom I considered to be the best chiropractor in the city…as I was sitting in the waiting room for my second appointment, who walks out of Dr. Dan’s office but my retired chiropractor…I started thinking if the guy I considered the best goes to this guy, then that’s good enough for me😉 It’s a very friendly relaxed atmosphere with a confident approach to his treatment.After a few stories about our lives on the North Shore and a few good chuckles he sends me on my way feeling better than when I came in.
