“I accidentally parked in the reserved total wellness parking spot for 10 minutes. I genuinely didn’t notice. I was in a rush and thought it was a 1 hour parking spot. If I had noticed, I would have parked in one of the other three open parking spots right beside it. I was gone for 10 minutes and when I came back out there was an extremely nasty note left on my vehicle saying that a tow truck was called. Feeling sincerely bad having accidently parked in that spot, I immediately called the business to apologize and explain. There was no answer so I left my name and number for a call back. As I was driving I noticed that both my drivers and passenger side mirrors were turned inwards so I wasn’t able to see anything on either side of me while I was driving. This was done by whomever left the note. How do I know this? 1. The note was nasty and the person was big time mad. 2. My car hadn’t left my garage in almost 2 full weeks and both mirrors were functioning normally when I parked my vehicle behind the business. When I returned and started driving my mirrors were suddenly folded in. I tried calling the business 2 more times over the course of 3 days. I left my number and didn’t receive a call back. I finally got a hold of the owner today. Not only was she rude, she was completely dismissive of my concerns. I wasn’t downplaying the fact that I messed up and was sorry for parking in their spot but I was also concerned at the level of aggression in the note and the fact that my mirrors were folded in out of spite. She went so far as to say that somebody else could’ve written the note and folded my mirrors in… Except the note specifically says vehicle, not registered with Total Wellness Therapy.🤔 I’m actually shocked that a business in the community would have an interaction like this with a community member and take zero responsibility for their part. People do make mistakes so maybe try being kind. None of us know what people are dealing with on a daily basis. Sometimes we’re all just doing the best we can. I’m sure the owner will come on here to dispute this since she took zero accountability for her staff that day. She asked for video evidence. If she’s that daft to not be able to put the pieces together for herself or trust that someone is acting in good faith then that’s her own problem. Total WELLNESS Therapy. “Had a massage with Egle today. First massage at this clinic. She is lovely. Very kind person and my massage was amazing. I feel so much better. She is very in-tune with knowing what the body needs. I will absolutely be returning for a massage with her. Also this clinic is beautiful! Love the decor and the vibe of the place. I called the owner a couple of times before I arrived to confirm if they direct bill insurance (yes) and to confirm where I could park (in visitor parking or in the total wellness parking spot) She was friendly and pleasant to chat with.
