“I had been to multiple physiotherapists before seeing Harpreet Puri, and unfortunately some of the treatments actually increased my pain and created more issues for me. What stood out immediately with Harpreet was how carefully he listened to my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment. He took the time to properly explain what was happening with my body, why certain movements or treatments may have aggravated my symptoms, and what steps I should take moving forward. I really appreciated that he approached my recovery with a holistic mindset rather than just treating symptoms. Harpreet made me feel heard, understood, and involved in the recovery process.
