“Wow wow wow, spectacular staff, I spoke to Vince one of the floor ushers on the floor in section 101, such a great guy, after asking how I can buy VIP access or any other special privileges he directed me to Fan Services, sadly they advised me there was nothing I could purchase or do to make my son's birthday special. That's when Colleen his manager helped make my son's birthday extra special with a swag bag and access bracelets. Last but not least Kacia the security guard took us court side to meet Nav the superfan, she was the cherry on top! She allowed my son to stay during warmups, everyone was so courteous and kind and welcoming. His first ever Raptors game will forever be his best one and an unforgettable day. “Always a great time watching Raptors win VS Celtics the arena was loud and exciting atmosphere. Only thing they should do imo is have the seat signs bigger and more signs to point you in the correct area. Always have people in the wrong seats when I arrive.”

“Had a great evening here with the family. We were visiting from the UK and wanted to experience the NBA, this did not disappoint! The arena its self is easily accessible and the seats comfortable. There is also a wide range of snacks and drinks to purchase.”

“Great experience during my recent game against the Kings. Quick and easy to get it in, and staff is friendly and helpful!
