“Living in Canada, with its unpredictable weather and long winters, I’ve really come to appreciate having different ways to take care of my body and overall well-being. I personally enjoy treatments such as Ear Seeding, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Shiatsu, and Acupuncture, and I like that I can choose what feels right for me depending on how I’m feeling at the time. Especially during the long winter months, when I’m spending more time indoors and my body tends to feel more tense or tired, I find these treatments can be a wonderful addition to my regular self-care routine. For me, it’s not just about treating a specific issue—it’s about taking a little time to look after myself and maintain a sense of balance throughout the year. I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend giving these treatments a try.”

“I’ve had such a great experience with Kate at Meridian Lab! I started ear seeding for sleep and menstrual support, and I've noticed such a difference. I'm sleeping better, and I haven't needed painkillers during my period since starting treatment. Each session starts with a pulse reading, which makes the experience feel really personalized. “Every time I come here, I always leave feeling like I woke up from a deep relaxed sleep. I want to go straight to bed because it feels so relieving. The experience is a lovely combination of acupuncture and Shiatsu massage. My only description of it being different than typical Swedish massage is that it is more like kneading of the muscles which after an acupuncture session, it compliments it as it relaxes the muscles even more. Time goes by fast as I feel so stress less after the session. Don is amazing. I always come see him. I tell him my problem areas and he understands the joints and connective tissues that may contribute to problem areas. I would do longer sessions but afraid would be too hard for me to wake up from it. I strongly recommend for those who want a different massage/tightness releasing therapy. I did not know what to expected when I was recommended to try and now I want to pass on the word.”
